Happy New Year

Today we finished the last section of our big construction project.  Our team completed a 100 foot concrete driveway in four days.  It was an impressive feat that was accomplished with amazing attitudes and wonderful attitudes.  The four work days were only a few hours each so a Huge congratulations to these students.  

After completing the driveway early and enjoying our last meal prepared by pastora, we headed down for a futbol tournament and hours of pushing swings.

We celebrated with a special dinner out at LaFonda Reataurant. Our new friends from Door of Faith who worked alongside us joined the team for the celebratory meal.  

Tomorrow will be sad goodbyes and we'll be in the road home.  I will update when we've crossed the border and back in California.
